BEC January 12, 2012 Chapter Meeting Location: Symetra Financial 5:00 - 7:00 PM Is your organization throwing around the “S” word - SharePoint 2010? Are you still figuring out how SharePoint 2010 and Records Management mesh? Wonder no more! BEC welcomes in SharePoint 2010 expert extraordinaire, Julian Soh, who has had his feet in both the records management and SharePoint environments, to help us navigate the two worlds. Julian will provide a high level overview of SharePoint 2010 and how it handles records management, with plenty of Q&A time to address the questions and issues that have had your head spinning, so come prepared!
Julian Soh, Microsoft Julian Soh is a Collaboration Architect for Microsoft and in that capacity, is the SharePoint, Exchange, Lync, and Office technical resource for public sector customers in the Western United States. Julian has many years of enterprise and operations experience. Prior to joining Microsoft, he served as a systems engineer, software engineer, security architect, project manager, and Chief Information Officer. He also served in non-technical roles such as an auditor, a records manager, and a Public Information Officer. Julian worked in both the public and private sectors. He is a mechanical engineer by training and holds degrees in Information Systems and Mechanical Engineering.
